Twenty years of operating at every altitude of a business — now brought to yours.

I've spent my career in the room where financial reporting either holds up or falls apart, where an operating model either scales or breaks, and where a KPI either drives a decision or gets ignored. Seven White Wolves exists because I got tired of watching good businesses get stuck on problems I already knew how to fix.

My path here wasn't linear, and that's on purpose. I've led large-scale operations inside a Fortune 500 company, built a startup's entire commercial engine from founding to IPO-readiness as Founder and CRO, guided strategy and governance as a nonprofit foundation President, and most recently been brought into an operating business to untangle financial reporting failures and rebuild governance from the ground up.

Each of those environments teaches you something the others can't. Corporate teaches you scale and discipline. Startups teach you speed and resourcefulness. Nonprofits teach you stakeholder alignment without a profit motive to paper over disagreements. Financial cleanup work teaches you where the truth actually lives in a set of books, and how much damage it does when leadership doesn't have it.

I hold an Executive MBA, but the real credential is having sat on both sides of the table — the operator making the call, and the advisor brought in when the calls have already gone wrong. That's the perspective I bring to every engagement: not theory, but the pattern recognition of having actually done the work, at every size of company, under real pressure.

If your business needs someone who can move fluidly between the financial detail and the strategic picture — and who won't need six weeks just to learn how your business works — let's talk..
